Erika Harvey

Portfolio Accountant

B.B.A., University of the District of Columbia
A.D., Pikes Peak Community College

Erika joined Marshfield in 2017 as a part-time employee while pursuing her accounting degree. Two years later, Erika’s work ethic and skills earned her a promotion to Marshfield’s full-time portfolio accountant.

Erika is a person who knows what she wants – and what she doesn’t. She knew that her attention to detail, her fondness for order, and her admitted tendency to introversion would make her a great match for a career in accounting. Years ago, that same self-awareness led Erika to turn down a track scholarship to the prestigious U.S. Air Force Academy; she knew she was fast, but she also knew running track was something she didn’t enjoy and didn’t want to do.

A self-described army brat, Erika has lived in locations ranging from Fort Knox, KY, where she was born, to Germany, to Colorado Springs, CO. DC suits her, not only because she loves the wide diversity of people who build their lives here, but also because she has points of access to water where she can practice her newest athletic pursuit: paddle boarding. Erika is also learning to play the ukulele, and is supremely devoted to her two cats.
