Kim Vinick

Principal

B.A., Boston College

Kim Vinick is the architect of Marshfield’s marketing strategy, through which the firm works to expand and educate its investor base and business partners. Her work is informed by the valuable insights she gained in her prior role heading up the firm’s operations and compliance work.

Having grown up outside of Philadelphia, attended college in Boston, and spent several years in New Orleans, Kim developed a love of America’s rich geography, its diversity, and, of course, its cuisine, all of which she gets to enjoy as she crisscrosses the country as a representative of the firm. Kim’s previous employer, Progressive Insurance, taught her a great deal about the importance of client service and the value of a company with a distinctive and cohesive culture.

When she gets to stay home, Kim enjoys sunny days on the golf course and exploring Rock Creek Park with her dog, Nola. She also shares her time and expertise to improve opportunities for others, serving on the board of directors for New Futures, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships as well as academic and career counseling to underserved youth in the Washington, DC area. As a devoted former resident of the Crescent City, Kim continues to celebrate Mardi Gras, bringing king cake, beads, and just the right amount of irreverence to the firm.

Kim became a Principal of Marshfield in 2019.
